I'm not a *snort* nerd.
All I had to do was download the program to my desktop use a program to convert it to the correct format so I could boot from a USB drive and then when I restarted my computer dual boot it and boot off of the USB drive.
idiot...
PS: Ubuntu is EPIC! I downloaded Half-Life 2 in 15 minutes. It used to take 2 hours!
