I am extremely excited for this game.
Yeah, I am EXTREMELY excited. Rayman 3 basically sums up my childhood. I played that game to DEATH. I cherished every moment and I loved everything about that game. I am pretty sad now because I sold my X-Box last year and sold Rayman 3 with it, and I now have the sudden urge to play it. I have Rayman Raving Rabbids for my PS2 but that game is a pile of crap. I was so excited for that game. Biggest let-down of my gaming life. It took me like one weekend to beat it. I spent at least a YEAR playing Rayman 3! Not because I sucked at it, but because it was so fun and I played it over and over again. Raving Rabbids was just TERRIBLE. When I finished I remember just thinking "That was it?" Before it came out I even made up my own Rayman 4 called Knaaren Kaos. Good memories. But not all of the Rabbids games are crap. Rabbids Go Home had a very good feel to it and I enjoyed it very much. But finally, a REAL Rayman game appears.
This game looks like so much fun. I heard it's a lot like Rayman 1 but I never really played that game. I only played 2 and 3. A lot of people are really excited about it being a side scroller but I've always prefered 3D games. But I'm most likely getting it tomorrow so I hope that won't take away from the fun. I usually rent games because they usually only take the weekend to beat, but I NEED to buy this oneThe art looks superb and has a feel to it that is very difficult ot accomplish. The gameplay looks wonderful. And best of all NO BUNNIES! It's gonna be awesome.
